HX17060LNC Wire Saw Machine
This machine uses a high-speed diamond-coated loop abrasive wire as the cutting tool for processing carbon-carbon materials and other materials that do not require cutting fluid.
The XY two-axis rectangular coordinate configuration enables automatic slicing functions. Equipped with a wire cutting CNC system, it can control two-axis interpolation linkage to achieve two-dimensional graphic cutting of materials.
Commonly used for processing graphite insulation barrels and support feet for hot zone assembly, graphite components for outer cylinders of hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace heat exchangers, and other non-standard special-shaped graphite and carbon-carbon parts.
The equipment is equipped with internal dust collection pipelines that can be connected to external central dust collection system negative pressure pipelines.
