Working Principle

1. Diamond powder electroplated loop wire moves at high speed under the guidance mechanism to cut materials
2. XY two-axis linear motion mechanism with guide rails and ball screws; motion axes driven by stepper motors
3. Wire frame is adjustable in height, cutting height can be adjusted for more efficient cutting
4. Standard vice clamping: enables conventional irregular shape cutting (see Figure 1)
5. Vertical turntable fixture (adhesive type): enables workpiece rotation cutting (see Figure 2)
6. PLC control + NC wire cutting control system
7. Equipped with oil lubrication system
