Environmental Requirements and Auxiliary Equipment

Installation Requirements:

  • Hardened and leveled ground surface (for machine leveling adjustment)
  • No frequent heavy-duty forklifts within 2 meters of the machine after installation (to prevent collision), no vibration sources
  • Machine power supply must ensure 3+2 stabilized power supply (three-phase live wires, one neutral wire, one ground wire)
  • Must provide clean air source of at least 0.6 MPa

 Technical Training

  1. During equipment installation and commissioning at the customer site, the customer’s operators and maintenance personnel shall assist the supplier’s personnel in installation and commissioning work.
  2. After the equipment is installed and commissioned at Party A’s site, Party B’s technical personnel shall provide training to Party A’s operation and maintenance personnel.
  3. Training content includes: equipment structure, system functions, correct use of control instruments, maintenance knowledge, common fault manifestations and troubleshooting methods. Enable Party A’s operators to correctly use the equipment, and maintenance personnel to master the judgment and troubleshooting methods of common faults.
