- Floating support for silicon rod bottom (effective support with no gap that does not affect cutting)
- Head and tail support fixtures: Effective support for head and tail bottom to ensure no gap (no collision)
- Clamping fixture: The cutting head clamping fixture can achieve separation and clamping cutting function after silicon rod cutting (no collision)
Operating Environment Requirements
Installation Requirements
- Hardened and leveled ground (machine leveling adjustment requirement)
- No heavy-duty forklifts within 2 meters of the machine after installation (to prevent collision with the machine), no vibration sources
- Machine power connection must ensure 3+2 stabilized power supply (three-phase live wire, one neutral wire, one ground wire)
Utilities Required
- Air Source: Must provide clean air source of at least 0.6MPa, air line interface φ12/φ10/φ8 (any one type, subject to actual product)
- Water Source: Connection interface DN15-20mm, drainage outlet diameter φ50 to meet direct discharge requirements
- Drainage: Requires tank with cutting fluid capacity to meet direct discharge and chip tank circulation drainage, dual-purpose function
Technical Training
- During equipment installation and commissioning at the customer site, customer operators and maintenance personnel assist the supplier’s personnel in installation and commissioning work
- After equipment installation and commissioning is completed at the customer site, the supplier’s technical personnel will train the customer’s operation and maintenance personnel
- Training content includes: equipment structure, system functions, correct use of control instruments, maintenance knowledge, common fault manifestations and troubleshooting methods, etc. To enable customer operators to correctly use the equipment, and maintenance personnel to master the judgment and troubleshooting methods of common faults
