HXB3030LNC-C Endless Diamond Wire Saw Machine
This machine uses high-speed moving diamond-coated loop wire as the cutting tool to cut hard and brittle materials that require cutting fluid processing, such as optical crystals, acoustic crystals, silicon carbide, ceramics, etc.
The XY two-axis Cartesian coordinate configuration enables automatic slicing function. Equipped with a wire cutting CNC system, it allows programmable control of two-axis interpolation linkage to achieve 2D pattern cutting of materials.
The equipment features a triple protection system to prevent fine cutting particles and water mist from entering the lead screws and guide rails, extending service life. It is equipped with a stainless steel cutting fluid circulation and filtration system.
Working Principle:
- Diamond micro-powder electroplated loop abrasive wire moves at high speed under guide mechanism to cut materials
- XY two-axis guide rail ball screw linear motion mechanism; motion axes driven by stepper motors
- PLC control + NC wire cutting control system
- Equipped with oil lubrication system
- Fully enclosed protective cover
- Stainless steel cutting fluid circulation and filtration system
Environmental Requirements and Auxiliary Equipment
- Hardened and leveled floor (for machine leveling adjustment)
- Within 2 meters of the machine installation, no frequent heavy forklifts (to prevent collision) and no vibration sources
- Machine power supply must ensure 3+2 stable power supply (three phase lines, one neutral line, one ground line)
- Must provide clean air source not less than 0.6MPa
Technical Training
- During equipment installation and commissioning at the user site, the user’s operators and maintenance personnel assist Party B in installation and commissioning work
- After equipment installation and commissioning at Party A’s site, Party B’s technical personnel shall train Party A’s operation and maintenance personnel
- Training content includes: equipment structure, system functions, correct use of control instruments, maintenance knowledge, common fault manifestations and troubleshooting methods. Enable Party A’s operators to use the equipment correctly, and maintenance personnel to master common fault diagnosis and troubleshooting methods
