The HXWV160130LNC-2500 Annular Diamond Wire Cutting Machine utilizes a high-speed moving diamond-coated annular wire as the cutting tool. It is designed for cutting materials that do not require cutting fluid, including graphite, carbon-carbon composites, carbon felt, and ceramic bodies.

The machine features a YZ two-axis rectangular coordinate configuration, enabling automatic slicing functionality. It is equipped with an NC wire cutting CNC system that controls two-axis interpolation for two-dimensional pattern cutting. An optional vacuum suction cup is available for securing high-density thin materials.

Innovative 8-Wheel Configuration:

To enhance cutting efficiency and precision, this machine features a unique 8-wheel design that supports both vertical and horizontal cutting modes:

a) Vertical Cutting Mode (4 Guide Wheels): The Y-axis carriage moves forward and backward to determine product thickness, while the wire frame Z-axis moves up and down for rapid vertical slicing, cutting, and trimming of workpieces.

b) Horizontal Cutting Mode (6 Guide Wheels): The downward wire is converted to horizontal orientation. The wire frame Z-axis movement determines product thickness, while the Y-axis carriage linear motion enables rapid material slicing with a maximum cutting stroke of 2500mm.

c) Unique Design Advantage: During horizontal cutting with 6 guide wheels, groove and wire replacement can be completed within 3 minutes without adjusting the guide wheel positions. This reduces operator skill requirements and improves work efficiency.

The cutting area is equipped with dust extraction ports to minimize dust spillage. Internal dust collection pipes can be connected to external central dust collection system negative pressure pipelines.
